Energetic blockages can manifest themselves on a physical, emotional or mental level – be it through tension, stress or exhaustion. These blockages are gently released through energy transfer so that your natural life energy can flow freely again.

Spiritual spinal alignment releases deep-seated energetic patterns that affect your posture and physical well-being. The natural alignment of your body is supported purely through energy work – without touching.
Procedure of a distance healing session
- Before the session:
We clarify your concerns in a short conversation by phone or message. - During the session:
You make yourself comfortable in a quiet place while I begin the energy work. - After the session:
• I will give you feedback on my perceptions and you can share your experience with me.
• Let the energy work for another 10 to 15 minutes. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position to fully absorb the healing impulses.

Why are several sessions useful?
A single session can already bring noticeable changes, but it is often helpful to accompany the process over several sessions.
